Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Our aim is to send you the Goods you ordered as soon as possible. Although we send most of the orders in the same or the next day (depending on the time you put the order) some delays could happen. In any case, it never takes more than 48 hours to send your goods. Please, note that only working days must be taken into account.

Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from Your nearest depot of our courier.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of Your Order and the delivery address that you give when You place Your Order. We can change the delivery address up to the point when the item is despatched, after that point it cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

The delivery times are given to Us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day.


If for any reason You wish to cancel Your Order with Us please send an e-mail to us. We can cancel the Order at any time as long as the Goods haven’t been despatched.

In the event that Your Order has been despatched You can return the Goods within 7 working days. The Goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning Goods to Us will be met by You. When We receive the Goods We will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the Goods only.

The Goods will remain Your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to Us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage. 

International Delivery

We do ship International orders. All the goods we sell are located in Spain, therefore all the tariffs and import taxes are already paid. For European Union orders: To get a shipping quote you need to register on the website and the shop software will calculate the cost of your order based upon it's weight and destination and display the total cost in the cart.

Non European Union orders: to get a shipping quote you need to send us an e-mail with your delivery details. Please note that non-EU residents must provide a personal ID, EIN or tax number. This is a requirement of Customs and the couriers and failure to supply this information may result in delayed despatch. We are not responsible for any charges, taxes or tariffs your country may charge to you. They are out of our knowledge and control and you will be entitled to pay them. Your country customs could delay the delivery.

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

Missing goods

Finally we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.

If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Goods return

If You wish to return Goods for any reason You must notify us through our e-mail stating the reason within 7 days from the date of the order.
You are free to return Goods for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their sealed state and are suitable for re-sale and within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the price of the Goods only. Return postage costs will be met by You. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised once these conditions have been met and we have received the Goods. You are advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning Goods as they will be Your responsibility until they are received by Us.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Faulty items

Products that develop faults within 30 days of the purchase date please notify and reurn them to us. A replacement will be offered.
Faults that develop between 31 days and 12 months of purchase must be returned to us  for repair or replacement. The cost of returning items will be met by the sender.
Items must be used fairly and for the purpose for which they are intended. Items that are damaged through misuse and/or incorrect storage will not be covered by warranty.
